Here you'll find all the information you'll need about the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon's registration process. Once you've got all of the details figured out, register online to save yourself the hassle of snail mail.

Registration

Registering is easy! You may register for the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon any of the following ways:

• Online. Click here to register online
• Request an entry form by mail. Please contact us at the address below and we will be happy to mail a form to you. We do not accept phone entries.

Please enter only once. If you fax or register online, do not mail a hard copy. Do not send multiple faxes or online entries.

Fees

Entry fees are non-refundable; race numbers and entries cannot be transferred to another year. No exceptions. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, and you may not give or sell your number to anyone else.

Entry fees: (in U.S. dollars)

• Late entry $85 (8/01/08 - 9/28/08)
• Expo entry $95 (10/03/08 - 10/04/08)

To confirm your registration, please click on the below link to access the Event Registration Center-MY ACCOUNT page, enter your Login ID# and Password, and click Sign in. Once your account appears, click History.

Each registered participant and finisher will receive the following:

• Half Marathon entry
• Race number, T-shirt and goodie bag to be picked up at the Expo
• Water, Cytomax and PowerBar Gel along the course
• Food and water at the start and finish lines
• Entertainment stages with live music and cheerleaders along the course
• Finisher's medal when you cross the finish line
• Free post-race headliner concert with your race number
• Finisher's certificate sent to you post race
• Last but not least, a rockin' experience!

Packet Pick-Up

You must pick up your own race packet and race number at the Expo prior to the race. Under no circumstances will race numbers and packets be given to family, friends or anyone other than participants themselves. No exceptions will be made.

New! Race Day Late Packet Pick Up option! (register for this service)

• New this year, the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon will offer a limited Race Day Late Packet Pick-Up option. This is limited to ONLY the first 350 people who register for the service and pay the $30 Race Day Late Packet Pick-Up Fee.
  The start line packet pick up area can only process 350 participants to ensure all make it to the start line on time. This opportunity is first come, first serve. Once sold out, we will not offer any other Race Day Late Packet Pick-Up at the start line -- NO EXCEPTIONS. We appreciate your understanding.
  If you have opted for the Race Day Late Packet Pick-Up service, please go to the Late Packet Pick-Up Will Call tent on race morning. Late Packet Pick-Up hours are as follows: 5:45am - 7:45am.
• NOTE: Once you register for this service, you will not receive a refund if you pick up your packet at the Expo. Friends/Family cannot pick up your packet for you at either the expo or race day.

All entries will be confirmed by email or mail. Final confirmation cards will be mailed one month prior to the event. A photo ID and confirmation card is required to pick up race numbers at the Health & Fitness Expo. You must have a race number to participate!

• There will be no day-of-race registration.
• You must be able to complete the half marathon in 4 hours.
• You must be at least 12 years old.
• You must be in good health and physically prepared to undertake the challenges of a half marathon.
• Family and friends are not permitted to pick up your race number. No exceptions! You must show photo I.D. to pick up your race number and chip.
• Sorry, no coaches, skateboards, baby joggers, bikes, dogs or inline skates will be allowed on the course.

Cancellation

Please Note: Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You may not give or sell your number to anyone else. You also may not transfer your application to the following year.

If you cannot participate, the entry fee for the 2008 race will not transfer to the 2009 race. We will, however, be happy to ship you a T-shirt from the 2008 race with a written request. Send us your request via email or snail mail and include your name, street address, sex, age, phone number and T-shirt size.
