There’s nothing better than a little Old School Rock ‘n’ Roll to fill your soul! And this band will deliver nothing less than the best!
From romantic duets and mesmerizing solo vocals to explosive five part harmonies, these veteran musicians are determined to provide a show you’ll remember as you look back on your racing experience. In fact, there will only be one word left to describe it all (repeated because its effect is so profound): FUN, FUN, FUN!
Maxx Cabello Band
Maxx Cabello returns to the course this year to exhibit his incendiary guitar skills, soulful vocals, and creative songwriting. Hailing from the South Bay, the quiet college student comes to life as soon as he takes the stage and lets his fingers do the talking.
His unique sounds span a broad range of music styles, with varying influences like Carlos Santana and Jimi Hendrix evident in his searing guitar solos. Don’t miss his electrifying performance.
The energy exuded from Maxx Cabello will surely motivate you to jam on down to the finish line.
Real Tom Thunder
No, that’s not thunder rumbling in the distance, that’s Real Tom Thunder shakin’ things up with their original mix of rock-reggae-blues.
Lead vocalist Dan Real (the “Real” in Real Tom Thunder) has a natural talent, delivering strong lyrics with a voice reminiscent of fellow Bay Area rock legend Adam Duritz of the Counting Crows.
With steady beats, and pleasing melodies, the edgier rock songs from Real Tom Thunder are sure to push you along and gear you up for a strong finish. Check out Real Tom Thunder
Dogman Joe
There will be no dissin’ or doggin’ Dogman Joe. This San Francisco-based musician will do nothing short of entertaining you with his one-of-a-kind blend of blues, reggae, and funk that pushes the boundaries of musical genres.
He says, “[his songs] capture an honest interpretation of life: the ups and downs, the carefree, happy-go-lucky times and the ‘when it rains it pours’ blue times.”
