Live Music Every Mile
Music makes up the heart and "sole" of this event. Live local Bay Area bands will be performing a variety of music from alternative to classic rock, punk, funk and blues to jazz it up.
The bands set the tempo for this 13.1 mile party, where runners and spectators alike will be "Dancin' in the Streets" to these mini-concerts.

Cheer Squads
Show us your spirit fingers! We need your help cheering thousands of runners to the finish line. Local and regional high school and middle school cheer squads are invited to compete for cash prizes in the Spirit on the Course Competition.
Not only will you help motivate runners and walkers to finish strong each step of the way, but if you’ve got what it takes, you can be named one of the top three most spirited squads and earn some extra cash for your school.
For information on how to get your cheer team involved on-course, contact Bekah Holt at bholt@competitorgroup.com or call (800) 311-1255.
